Hi, I'm Chrissie McIntyre.
Artist. Former animator. Recovered accountant. And a total lover of bold, unapologetic color.
My creative journey started at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), where I earned my degree in Computer Animation. After animating professionally, I took an unexpected side quest into the family business as an accountant. (Spoiler: crunching numbers daily slowly drained my soul — but every good origin story needs a dark chapter.)
Life took an awesome turn when we sold our family dealerships, packed into an RV, and spent six incredible years roadschooling our kids across 43 states and Canada. Traversing North America recharged my spirit and reminded me that life is way too short to play it safe — especially in art.
When we settled back home in the Savannah area, I launched Mac's Art Studio with a clear goal: build something no one else was doing.
Today, I fuse high-octane pop culture and nostalgic die-cast vehicles with explosive fluid acrylic pours, 3D resin finishes, and AI-animated digital motion. I've never fit neatly into a box — and my work doesn't either.
