MAC's Art Studio – Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing MAC's Art Studio! Because every piece of artwork is completely handmade and one-of-a-kind, our production and fulfillment process differs from standard retail stores. Please read our shipping guidelines carefully before completing your purchase.

Production & Curing Time (15–30 Days)

The Art Needs Time to Cure: To ensure the highest quality and durability, all paintings require time for the acrylic paint and premium resin coatings to properly cure, harden, and finish completely before they can be safely packaged.

Fulfillment Window: Please allow 15 to 30 days from the date of your order for your unique piece to be prepared, cured, and packaged for transit. We will not rush this process, as shipping uncured resin can ruin the high-gloss finish of your artwork.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship all of our original artwork securely via UPS.

Once your painting has finished curing and is safely packed, it will be handed over to UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Damaged Packages & Risk of Loss

As outlined in our Terms of Service, risk of loss passes to the buyer once the package is transferred to UPS. However, we take immense care in packaging your art to ensure it arrives safely.

If your item is damaged during transit, you must contact us at chrissie722@outlook.com within 5 days of delivery.

You must provide clear photo proof of both the damaged painting and the original UPS packaging so we can initiate a claim review.
