Mac’s Art Studio – Return & Quality Policy

Thank you for supporting independent art! Because our pieces are custom, handmade, or made-to-order, all sales are final. Please carefully review our policy terms below prior to completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the unique nature of handmade artwork and custom made-to-order print production, we cannot accept returns, physical returns, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind once an item has shipped.

  • Review Before Purchasing: Please carefully check all product descriptions, dimensions, sizing charts, and images before completing your checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Quality Issues

We take great care in packaging and printing your items, but we understand that mishaps can happen. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a quality flaw, we will gladly work with you to make it right:

  • Reporting Windows:

    • Handmade & Unique Studio Items: Must be reported within 5 days of the carrier delivery date.

    • Print-on-Demand Items (Gelato Fulfillment): Must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof Required: To process a replacement or refund claim, you must provide clear photos showing:

    1. The defect or damage on the item.

    2. The original packaging and shipping label it arrived in.

  • Resolution: Verified quality issues, defects, or transit damage qualify for a complimentary replacement order or a full refund.

Important Note on Delivery Issues: Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, insufficient detail, or failure to collect from local delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of placing a new order and reshipping.
